Important Note.
Longer stays (3 weeks+), Condado Owners completing on other properties, friends and family of Condado Owners and early bookers (9 months or more in advance) - rates are negotiable.
These rates include water, electricity, bedding, towels and pool towels

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
You can arrive and depart on any day of the week.
Earliest arrival time is 4pm local time
Latest departure time is 12pm local time
To confirm your booking a deposit of £100 per rental week is payable at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid a minimum of 2 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if for any reason you have to cancel.
A security deposit of £150 is payable on payment of the balance. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday if no breakages or damage is reported by my Property Manager.
Necessary deductions from the deposit will be made to pay for breakages or damage, if required.
You are therefore encouraged to have the Property Manager check the apartment prior to departure.
In addition to the rental fee there is a €45 'meet and greet' and final cleaning fee per booking to be paid to the Property Manager on arrival.
If you require a fresh change of bedding and towels during your stay this can be provided at an additional cost of €20.
Please tell my Property Manager when collecting your keys.
