INTERIOR
The Apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard. It has cool or hot air-conditioning throughout.
It has two double bedrooms with beds that can be single or super-king size whatever you wish, (PLEASE SPECIFY WHEN BOOKING).
The living area has an open plan, fully furnished kitchen, 2 leather seatees that seats 5.
For your entertainment there is a 19" LCD TV with UK FREEVIEW, DVD player,VCR with videos and music equipment comprising an ipod dock, cd player and fm radio.
BALCONY AND ROOF TERRACE
There is a small east facing balcony to the front of the Apartment, ideal for those relaxing breakfasts in the sun, and a larger private roof terrace for sunbathing, BBQs and has 360 degree views inc the Sierra Espuna mountains.
OUTSIDE FACILITIES
Only 10 metres from the Apartment is a large pool with childrens area and a childrens play area. There is a large shopping complex within walking or cycling distance with a supermarket as is the Jack Nicklaus ' Signature' golf course.
Within a short bicycle ride there are tennis, football and basketball courts.
To aid you in exploring the whole complex I have provided 4 full size folding bicycles for your sole use.

DISABLED ACCESS
Unfortunately there is no specific disable access to the Apartment due to the stairs.
BACKGROUND
The Condado de Alhama resort is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, a circuit which will provide 9 courses within a radius of 25km. Five courses are already up and running, and the others are in the planning phase.

LOCATION
The resort is a few kilometres inland and close to the Sierra Espuna mountain range and nature reserve.
For beach lovers, there are various beaches 15 minutes drive away at Boleneuvo, Puerto de Mazarron and Isla Plana with sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing and fishing. Heading east will take you to the Mar Menor, the largest salt water lake in Europe, with water temperature several degrees warmer than the Med on the other side of the lagoon and and the world famous La Manga strip.
Shoppers can enjoy the upmarket malls and retail parks in the nearby cities of Murcia and Cartagena.
For the really energetic the area boasts fabulous climbing, walking, mountain biking 'The Nicklaus Golf Trail' , historic sites, shopping etc.
Murcia city is only 30 minutes away by car
